Metamorphasis Monday: Tennis Ball Basket Makeover

Wow, I love the fall-ish weather of today!  It is about 80 degrees and windy enough to dry 3 loads of laundry in 2 hours!  Love it!
I thought I'd share this $10 tennis ball basket that I found at a thrift store.  I decided to use it on my porch for the kid's balls, so I painted it red to match the other things that I'm painting on the porch and used chalkboard paint and a wonderful chalkboard marker so that if I want to use it for something else, I can just erase it and re-write!

Thanks for stopping by!

So cute! Great idea. I've seen tons of wire baskets this year at flea markets but they are soooooo overpriced. Looks like the vendors are hip to the whole "baskets are cool" thing. :-)

That is awesome! I'm so impressed that you knew what it was supposed to be. It looks great red.
