Sausage Saturday

This is such a simple but delicious recipe that makes for a great breakfast or brunch dish. Start with a  refrigerated pie crust if you're like me and don't make homemade pie crusts.  Poke some holes with a fork in the pie crust before baking it for 10 mins. Brown the sausage, drain, and place as the bottom layer of the sausage quiche. Add a layer of provolone (or your choice of cheese), fresh tomatoes,basil, choice of seasoning or salt & pepper. Beat 3 eggs with a little milk and pour over other ingredients.  Bake @ 350 for  about an hour or until eggs have set. Mmmmmmm.
